Zillion Technology Solutions S.L.U. respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request the deletion of data we hold about you, including data processed through our WhatsApp concierge service.

What Data We May Hold About You
If you have interacted with a hotel using Zillion's concierge service (via WhatsApp or our web widget), we may hold:
- Your phone number or contact identifier
- Conversation history with the hotel
- Support ticket details
- Language and communication preferences

How to Request Deletion
Send an email to privacy@1zill.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
1. Your full name
2. Your phone number (the WhatsApp number you used to contact the hotel), or the email address associated with your account
3. The name of the hotel you contacted (if applicable)
4. A brief description of the data you want deleted
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR Article 17.

What Happens After Your Request
- Your conversation history and personal profile will be permanently deleted from our systems
- Any open support tickets associated with your contact will be closed and anonymised
- We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Note: we may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g., billing records, legal obligations)
