For your team

Less reconstruction. More context.

An input that keeps its source

Work from the received file or text and retain its relationship with the extracted information.

A place for review

Check names, dates, occupancy and room types before accepting the result.

An output for your team

Configure templates and mappings to prepare the format your hotel uses.

How it works

Input. Review. Output.

Extraction organizes the work; your team validates what is ready to move forward.

  1. Receive the list

Add the operator document or its text content to begin interpretation.

    Source quality affects the result.
  2. Review the interpretation

Check extracted fields and room mappings against the document.

Resolve ambiguities before using the output.
  3. Prepare the format

Use an output template and check the file that will continue through your hotel process.

Subsequent delivery or import depends on the receiving system.

Before you begin

Can I use lists with different formats?

The service supports file and text interpretation, with profiles and mappings adapted to the source. We review examples from your operators to define the scope.

Does the result need review?

Yes. Names, dates, occupancy and room types should be checked against the source. Interpretation helps prepare the data; your team validates its use.

Does it send directly to any PMS?

Universal delivery is not promised. Rooming prepares an output through templates; the format and delivery or import method are agreed for the receiving system.

Your hotel, your context

Work with the format you receive.

We will review an anonymized sample, the fields your team needs and the intended output format.
